The Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor project is also a current public agency project conducted in partnership with Walsh/Shea. This project is unique as JLM was brought onboard early in the project to help spearhead the entire staff planning process – from the development of the organization chart to placing positions for the outlined staff.
Working hand in hand with Walsh/Shea on this $1.2B project to recruit and manage staff onboarding, lead performance review processes and assist with management of employee and human resource matters has proved both challenging and rewarding.
